Requesting the Packet The Driver Education Packet must be requested by filling out the online form or by mailing a completed DL-92 form to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation ( TDLR) at PO Box 12157, Austin, TX 78711. It must be obtained before starting any online instruction. IMPORTANT: You and your teen MUST have your PTDE packet before starting the course.
